Method 1

Ingredients: 1 cup clay, water 2 cups, ¼ cup sea salt, 2 tablespoons olive oil and ½ cup powdered herbs.

Recipe: Heat water, mix salt, stir well and remove from heat, mix it with all the other ingredients and make it into a fine paste. Leave it to cool and use it.

Method 2 

Ingredients: Water 2 cups, clay 1 cup, ½ cup powdered herbs, ½ cup sea salt, 1 teaspoon of chamomile oil, lavender oil and rosemary oil.

Recipe: Heat water, add salt to dissolve completely. Remove from the heat; add clay and herbs mix it to make fine paste. Now add essential oils, leave it to cool after mixing.




Usage Procedure

There is a procedure to be followed. First, hydrate by drinking minimum three glasses of water. Then, indulge in a warm bath allowing your body pores open up. This helps the wrap soak better into the skin. While bathing, remember to exfoliate the skin. Dip rubber or plastic in the wrap solution and carefully apply in the area where you require the inch loss. Allow the wrap to remain for an hour and remove the wrap, thus wash off the solution.
For desired results, use a weight loss body wrap than the water loss one.
